Please be aware that we onlyhold bookings for 15 minutes after your reservation time, at this point, if you do not notify us within the 15minute window we reserve the right to release your table to other users. If you are running late or wish to cancel your reservation, please call us on 01414577100 or email us at bookings@bavariabrauhaus.com and let us know.

All large bookings of 9 and above are required  to pay a deposit of £5 per head (Jan-Nov) and £10 per head the full month of December. This deposit is redeemed against your bill and not refunded back to the customer.

Multiple online bookings will be automatically cancelled. If you wish to book a large party, please call us on 01414577100.

Deposits are refunded on the basis of you cancelling within the 24hour cancellation window, failure to attend your booking with no notice will forfit the full deposit. If we lose 4 or more patrons from your reservation and we have not been notified, you will only receive a partial refund according to the number of the party attended.

We reserve the right to turn away any table, regardless of wether they have booked or not. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE for any abuse or violance towards staff.
